Introduction
  

The water down pipe machine or water down spout roll forming machine are used to provide the water system for PEB buildings. It consists of a water downpipe machine, a bending machine and a narrowing machine for the joint of the pipes in PEB projects. The water down pipe machine can run out squre pipe and round pipe. Each water down pipe machine produces one specification.

1. The machine base is whole welding treatment with hot rolled I steel. The frame on the both sides of the machine is welded on the machine base and we can get rid of welding stress by shaking.

2. The actuating device is cycloid pin wheel reducer with the chain transmission. It makes the system safety reliable running no noise and less trouble.

3. The forming roller is made of wrought steel by digital control. Its hardness is up to HRC55 after high frequency heating treatment. And electroplating treatment guarantees the roller’s size fineness surface smoothness and long life service.

4. Hydraulic system made by Roxroth with hydraulic forming punch and cut-off process makes the material effective width same. Cut-off blade uses the material of Cr12. hardness up to HRC62 after heating treatment. Cross-section is smooth and no barbs.

5. The machine main axle is the material of quenched and tempered 45#steel. It makes the system excellent overall properties.

6. The electric control system made in Japan with safety reliable running highly efficiency is installed on the main machine base. It makes the system easy operation.

7. Length of the finished product is controlled by PLC. Its feature is easy-set and easy-operation.
